The driver is to blame for the tragic accident in Bulgaria, Bulgarian investigators have confirmed

The Bulgarian National Investigation Service closed the case of the accident on the Struma highway in which 45 people lost their lives, the head of the service, Borislav Sarafov, told BGNES, while the driver who was driving the bus was responsible for the accident.

"The cause is the loss of control of the bus by the driver. "But the high speed, let's say, is inadequate, but not too much", said Sarafov.

The head of the Bulgarian National Investigation Service for BGNES adds that a court order remains to be issued in northern Macedonia and that the relatives of the victims are notified that they have the right to supervise the materials.
