Today, the Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) has announced that the coach, Bernard Challandes will no longer be the coach of the Kosovo National Team.
After 40 games as coach of Kosovo A team, Challandes has recorded 17 wins, eight draws and 16 losses.
The Kosovar fan group "Dardanët" also reacted in this regard, thanking Challandes for his contribution to Kosovo, and wishing success to his successor in the national team.
"Farewells are never happy moments, they are a good moment for reflection. We, the fans of Kosovo, would like to thank Bernard Challandes for his contribution to Kosovo, as much as he could help us. Every cycle has its end. Challandes touched the end, but we will respect him for the moments of delirium we experienced under his leadership at certain stages. From the new coach and the officials who will work with him, we expect results in accordance with objective expectations, serious and professional approach, as well as diligence. "Success to the descendants, while to the coach Challandes - thank you and good health", it is said in the post of the Dardanians on Facebook.
Under Challandes, in the last three matches that Kosovo played, it recorded losses against the National Team of Spain, Sweden and Georgia.
