Kosovo suffers losses from Norway

The Kosovo national basketball team has suffered today a loss against Norway as guests in Bergen, a match that is valid for the pre-qualifications towards FIBA ​​Eurobasket 2025.

The first quarter were "Dardanët" those who started better by closing it with five points advantage, respectively with a result of 22:17.

The Norwegians managed to recover in the second quarter, where they finished with nine points in the lead, with a result of 42:33.

Also, Norway continued its good form in the third quarter where it deepened the result to 69:52, but in the fourth quarter it was Kosovo that showed an extraordinary game, narrowing the result initially to 79:74.

This was not enough for "Dardanët" as at the end of the match, the traffic light of the result showed in favor of the hosts, thus starting these pre-qualifications with a loss with a result of 86:77 against Norway.

The best basketball players on the floor were Norwegian Chris Ndow with 21 points and eight rebounds, along with Karama Jawara who recorded 16 points and seven rebounds.

On the other hand, in Kosovo the most distinguished were Erjon Kastrati and Muhamedali Janjeva with 16 points each and Dardan Berisha with 18 of them.

Kosovo will play its next match as a home team in Prishtina against the Danish National Team, which will take place starting at 19:00 on 28 November.
