The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) has accepted the request of PDK, Skenderaj branch and has fined the political entity, Independent List-Bekim Jashari with 1 thousand 800 euros.

In the ECAP decision It is written that the fine was made due to the violation of the Code of Conduct for Political Entities, their supporters and candidates, in case of breaking the electoral silence through social networks, for Sunday's local elections.
