Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra on winning Eurovision 2022.

"Our courage impresses the world, our music conquers Europe. We will do our best to one day welcome the participants and guests of Eurovision in the Ukrainian Mariupol. "Free, peaceful, rebuilt," he wrote in the Telegram.

Ukraine won first place at the European Song Festival, "Eurovision 2022", which was held this year in Turin, Italy. Kalush Orchestra won first place with the song "Stefania".
