About 70 Afghans are taking refuge in northern Macedonia

The Government of Northern Macedonia has announced that 67 young Afghans are temporarily sheltered in Northern Macedonia today.

This group of Afghan citizens landed at Skopje International Airport today. They are employed by the National Institute for Democracy and the National Foundation for Democracy as well as their families.

"Continuing with the active role of a solidary state, Northern Macedonia has provided him with a temporary stay until he leaves for a third state. "This is part of the international operation to help the Afghan population, which is in danger from the Taliban government", it was announced, among other things, in the Government's statement, TV21 reports.21Media
