In the presence of our diaspora, institutional representatives and personalities from Iowa, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, inaugurated the opening of Consular Services in Iowa, in the United States of America. At the ceremony, the formal ribbon cutting was also done by Kurti along with Ryan Carroll from the Greater Des Moines Partnership.

On this occasion, the two children of the Kërveshi family who have been living in Iowa, USA for years, were formally registered, to whom the certificates were handed over as citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.

It was emphasized that the opening of services will improve the connections of the Consulate of the Republic of Kosovo with our diaspora in Iowa. By expanding the services provided in this consulate, the Government of Kosovo reconfirms the stability of the consulate, as well as will improve its relations with the state of Iowa and beyond with the United States of America.21Media
