The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti said that the Kosovo budget will be saved tens of millions of euros per year paid earlier to cover the energy costs of the north of the country, after the energy roadmap agreed yesterday in Brussels,
At the government meeting, Kurti said that they have inherited many problems that they did not want but according to him are doing their best to solve them.
Kurti said that the four municipalities in the north of the country will switch to a regular order of supply, billing and collection of payments for electricity consumption, based on the regulatory and legal system of the Republic of Kosovo.
"As we have promised, after 20 years we are stopping an injustice and financial bloodshed in this part and we are ending a problem in the energy sector", said Kurti.
On Tuesday in Brussels, the delegations of Kosovo and Serbia reached an agreement on the implementation of the existing energy agreement.21Media
